How to book Events are held in Bristol unless specified.  Please click on the event of your choice and complete the registration details.

Joining Instructions
On receipt of a booking form, you will be sent an invoice, ticket with directions to the venue plus any advance materials.

Payment
All fees must be paid in full prior to the event date; otherwise TEN reserves the right to re-allocate places.

Cancelling an event
Any cancellation of a booking will result in the full fee being due unless cancellation is received no less than 14 days prior to the event.

Cancellation by TEN
We reserve the right to cancel an event at any time, but we will endeavour to give delegates as much notice as possible.  Delegates will be offered an alternative date, credit or full refund.
