Potential

The Potential Programme covers our Ten Actions for Effective Leaders training. These ten actions include all the most common areas of need in leadership development: learn leadership, deliver strategy, encourage creativity, set goals, make time, understand emotions, inspire motivation, manage change, enable communication and take responsibility. We provide in-house either part or all of our Potential Programme. Our full package covers an initial consultation to identify your organisations brand perspective and needs. This we tailor to our programme which we deliver over a period of 10 months, done on 10 days at 10 hours per day for up to ten people. This training includes group training and individual mentoring.

Assessments
