Our values
What is so inherent about your organisation that makes it invulnerable to environmental forces when you talk about examples of core values? What is the essence of your existence? What do you offer and how do customers perceive you as an entity? These and many other questions that necessitate the need of core values for any organisation. Here are our ten values:

- Honesty: To act with integrity in all that we do.
- Leadership: The courage to lead from the front and shape future.
Our code
All representing the interests of TEN should be familiar with our objectives and values and always act in accordance with them. Additionally all those who come into contact with other organisations and their confidential information are required to ensure that:
- They respect the confidence of all information disclosed
- They respect the copyright of any materials they gain access to
- That any real or potential conflict of interests is declared
- The support or consultancy to other organisations is provided in the name of TEN only within the framework of recognised activities of TEN
It is incumbent on anyone who has any doubts or queries as to particular interpretations or applications of the code to seek clarification from TEN.
