All representing the interests of TEN should be familiar with our objectives and values and always act in accordance with them.  Additionally all those who come into contact with other organisations and their confidential information are required to ensure that:

1. they respect the confidence of all information disclosed
2. respect the copyright of any materials they gain access to
3. any real or potential conflict of interests is declared
4. support or consultancy to other organisations is provided in the name of TEN only within the framework of recognised activities of TEN

It is incumbent on anyone who has any doubts or queries as to particular interpretations or applications of the code to seek clarification from TEN.
